How long does shipping take?
Please allow 5–8 business days for delivery Australia-wide. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order, no minimum spend required. We ship via Australia Post and Sendle, choosing whichever carrier is fastest for your postcode.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout — we never see or store your card details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — as soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it door to door. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll look into it.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
We'll make it right. Email Support@pawzzie.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and, depending on the fault, a repair, replacement, or full refund — in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Do Pawzzie products come with a warranty?
Yes — all smart tech devices (WiFi feeder, water fountain, ball launcher, nail grinder) are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under Australian Consumer Law. Accessories and soft goods are covered under ACL for major faults.
How do returns work?
You can return most unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Change-of-mind returns are at your cost; faulty or incorrect items are at our cost. Personalised items (engraved collars) can't be returned for change of mind as they're made to order. See our full Refund Policy for details.
How do I choose the right size collar or harness?
For collars, measure your dog's neck circumference at the base and add 2 cm for comfort. For harnesses, measure the widest part of the chest. Each product page has a Size Guide button next to the size selector — tap it to see exact measurements and breed examples. When between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
How does the personalised collar work?
After selecting your size and colour, enter your dog's name and your contact number in the fields on the product page. We'll engrave these exactly as entered onto the metal ID plate — so please double-check spelling and your number before placing your order. Allow 1–2 extra business days for engraving. Personalised collars can't be returned for change of mind.
Does the WiFi pet feeder work with iOS and Android?
Yes — the Smart WiFi Camera Pet Feeder uses a free companion app (available on both the App Store and Google Play) to connect over your home's 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi. From the app you can watch live 1080P video, set feeding schedules, and dispense food on demand from anywhere.
Does the water fountain work for cats as well as dogs?
Absolutely — the Cordless Automatic Pet Water Fountain is designed for both cats and dogs. The gentle flow and quiet pump are particularly popular with fussy cats who prefer moving water. The 2.6L capacity suits households with multiple pets, and the filter keeps the water fresh and clean.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at Support@pawzzie.com.au. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once dispatched, we're unable to intercept the parcel, but you can return it under our standard return policy.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes — all prices on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST. There are no surprise taxes added at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage we only ship within Australia. We're a small Aussie team focused on getting the experience right at home first. International shipping may be available in the future — get in touch if you're interested and we'll let you know when it launches.
