How we pick our products

Every product in our range goes through the same process before it gets listed: we test it with our own pets, check it holds up to Australian conditions, and ask whether we'd actually buy it ourselves. If the answer isn't yes, it doesn't make the cut. We'd rather sell ten great things than a hundred mediocre ones.

Every order ships from Australia

We're not a dropshipping operation. Every order is dispatched from our Australian warehouse partners — no months-long international waits, no surprise customs fees, just fast, tracked delivery to your door.

We back everything we sell

All smart tech products are covered by a 12-month warranty, and everything we sell comes with your full rights under Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't right, contact us — we'll sort it out. That's a promise, not just a policy.
