How long will my order take to arrive?

Do your prices include GST?

Yes. All prices shown on our site are in Australian dollars and include GST, so there are no surprises at checkout.

What if a product isn't right for my dog?

We back every order with our Refund Policy. If something isn't right, get in touch via our Contact page and we'll sort it out.

How does the personalised collar work?

Pop your dog's name and your phone number into the personalisation field at checkout exactly as you'd like it embroidered. Because each one is made to order, double-check spelling before placing your order — see our Refund Policy for change-of-mind terms on personalised items.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.
