PROCESSING TIME

 

Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). During sale periods or new product launches, please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

 

CARRIERS

 

We ship via Australia Post and Sendle, choosing whichever carrier gets your order to you fastest and most reliably for your postcode.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

Delivery times from dispatch are estimates only:

 

Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra): 2-4 business days

Regional areas: 4-7 business days

Remote and outer-regional areas (regional WA, NT, TAS, far-north QLD): 7-12 business days

 

Delivery estimates can be affected by peak periods, severe weather, and other events outside our control.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Any current free-shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout and in our site banner.

 

ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your wrap's journey door to door.

 

PO BOXES AND PARCEL LOCKERS

 

We're happy to deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

 

DELAYS AND LOST PARCELS

 

We work with trusted carriers, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch via our Contact page with your order number and we'll chase it up with the carrier on your behalf.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

At this stage we only ship within Australia. We're a small Aussie team focused on getting it right at home first.
